Prompt #62: Create + Contented

Hello Writers and Journalers,

Today’s prompt is Create and Contented. Now, as a writing and creativity coach, I’m really pleased that contented came up with create today. I often work with people who are stuck. They’re feeling like the next task in their creativity is too much.

Maybe they’re not aware of it; maybe they’re just busy doing the dishes and mowing the lawn instead of journaling or instead of working on their book or working on their blog. That’s a form of stuck.

Maybe it’s been years since they’ve connected with their creativity.

Finding that focus and that drive to create again and to own your creative identity takes many steps. One of them is remembering how it feels to have created. And contentment is high on that list.

You are worth it.
