Prompt #58: Feisty + Deflate

Hello Writers and Journalers,

Today’s prompt is Feisty and Deflate. Here’s what you do with the two-word journaling prompts: You take the first word – today it’s feisty – and you think about how the word deflate affects feisty. Then you start writing. It might take you a few lines or a few paragraphs to get into it, it might take the entire three handwritten pages, or you might run out of steam at about a page and a half.

When you’re done with that, when you’ve written your fill, you flip it to deflate. You think of the word deflate and now you apply feisty to that and think about how feisty affects deflate.

It can be a situation where you really just don’t know what’s going to come up for you. But by the end of three pages, you’ve got some things going on in your mind and checking in with yourself is always worth it.
