Prompt #61: Calling + Everything

Hello Writers and Journalers,

Today’s prompt is Calling and Everything. My snarky little brain wants to go with “Why are you calling me?” when my phone rings. “Why are you calling me? Just text me! If it’s really important, send me a Marco Polo.” So that’s my snarky little brain saying everything that’s wrong is wrapped up with people who just want to call me.

The other side of me (thank goodness there’s another side of me), though, is probably going to spend some time thinking about how grateful I am for having found my calling, or my purpose, in life. And how it’s sustained me for the past nine or so years. And where it came from, how it started, where it started to bloom, where it is now, where I want to take it.

My calling is everything to me.

So, you can go either way. And you are worth it.
