Prompt #85: Generate & Side

Hello Writers and Journalers,

Today’s two-word prompt is Generate and Side. If generate is to cause something to come about, how do you work with side? I have an idea.

What if you think in terms of taking someone’s side? Or, not taking someone’s side? Or taking your own side?

What can you generate, what can you cause to come about, when you advocate for someone–or for yourself?

Another thing to work with – another possibility – is to see things from a different side, to look through someone else’s eyes, take their side against you, or the opposing idea, and see what you generate. See what comes out of that.

You get to experiment safely in your journal. That’s one of the great things about journaling.
