Prompt #25: Cloud Nine + Measure

Hello Writers and Journalers,

Today’s two-word prompt is another three-word, two-idea prompt: Cloud Nine and Measure.

Sometimes a word combination just doesn’t do it for you, and that’s legitimate. And it’s not about resistance to a word, which means you really want to pay attention to it and write on it. It’s just about meh. Lack of interest. It doesn’t do anything for you.

So. What do you do? One of the best ways to get into something that’s important to you and you really want to work on, but you just don’t know where to start, is to set a three-minute timer and just get all the stuff out of your head that is crowding it. Shopping lists, to-do lists, mini rants about that guy who cut you off in traffic, and then that clears space for you to know where to begin.
