Love Letter Workshops

Love Letters: Four Weeks of Self-Reflection

Part journaling, part exercise in personal development, this brand-new workshop has been designed to give you the chance to discover, recognize, and appreciate what you bring to the table as a unique individual on this planet.

One of the most difficult things to write is a love letter to yourself. Where do you begin? What do you say that doesn’t sound like you’re full of yourself? How do you walk the line between bragging and simply acknowledging the rather excellent aspects of who you are? How do you even begin saying something nice about yourself without cringing?

I would love to show you, because you deserve to know. It might be uncomfortable at first, since most of us have been warned against thinking highly of ourselves and over-inflating our egos. But that’s not what this workshop is about.

Live, on Zoom, and facilitated by an experienced life and writing coach.

We begin with the reality check you get from guided journaling. We’re going to open up and write freely about very real thoughts, feelings, and memories, then take a look at your experience through kind eyes.

Pilot Workshop Alert!

This is the maiden voyage of my new workshop, Love Letters: 4 Weeks of Self-Reflection.

THAT MEANS: This is the lowest price this workshop will ever be. Since there are still a few kinks to work out in any new workshop, I offer each pilot at a pilot price (saves you as much as 25-40%).

Space is limited to eight, to be divided between the Monday morning and Wednesday evening groups.

Love Begins with Understanding

This workshop is about authentic appreciation for and recognition of the real, important things that you bring to the world.

It’s also an opportunity to learn what it’s like to look back on the past and forgive, to gift your past self with grace and affection, and to offer your now and future self some much needed hope, love, and support.

Love Letters is a course on defining and discovering empathy, forgiveness, trust, and compassion, and then turning it all on yourself.

If you’re feeling a lot of resistance around the thought of writing sweet nothings and flowery prose to yourself about yourself, I get it.

Rest assured; we’re not going to fake anything. We’re going to ease into the next level of self-care in a way that feels natural and engaging.
